Schooner on tap @ The Australian. Another big brewery attempt at pale ale (albeit with no marketing and very limited availability!). Pours a slightly hazy amber with thin white head. Fine, slow carbonation. Very faint hop nose. Quite watery. Zingy mouthfeel. There are some lemony hop notes, finish is abrupt with a touch more lemon. Needs to be REAL cold. Turns all plastic and macro as it warms.
