From bottle at Stueland´s Abothek with KL, LH and AH 30.04.17. Very dark brown to ebony. Foamy beige head. Aroma of lemon, lime, grapefruit, liquorice and boiled broccoli. Similar taste, with dark chocolate and pine. Too fizzy.

Svart med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter humle, noe animalsk og noe kaffe. Middels fylde. Mye bitterhet fra starten og holder ut til en lang bitter avslutning. Slipper lite igjennom.

Bottled (from Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Coppery black colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some toffeeish notes, mild burnt wood as well as some slight alcohol sweetness. Flavour is fruity, some burnt wooden notes, quite nice grassy bitterness as well as some liquorice.

On tap @ the brewery, poured by myself! A cloudy dark brown little thing this, only a small kinda bubbly dark brown I've head. The nose is both sweet, light roasted, infused with grassy hops and sweet mashy malts. Nice roasted dry coffee flavors. Super easy to drink. It's really softly carbonated and it feels gliding in the mouth. There is something super fresh about this one. Almost a tad to fresh perhaps? Tasty and a bit different for a black IPA. Liked it. 15.02.2014

On tap @ Cardinal. Dark brown body with a fine beige head. Aroma of dark malt, citric fruit and pine. Flavor is sweet dark malt, some chocolate, citric fruit, lots of pine and balanced bitterness. A fine pretty straight forward black IPA.

Duft av lakris, vanilje og noe citrus. Dyp sort farge. Tykt brunt skum. Svak smak av citrus. Noe vassen på smak, men grei nok.
