As crisp and delicate as the hoarfrost on a blade of barley! Rakau, Cascade and Celeia hops combine throughout the body, creating grapefruit bitterness with fresh lemon and lime zest, overlaid with fig and apricot notes. Dry hopped with Citra for an intense citrus and tropical fruit hop aroma. Allergens barley & wheat, Gluten removed – LOW GLUTEN.

Deadication brew to Brian Clough, England footballer and more famously a manager who played for Sunderland, where I'm having this beer, was born on this day. Easy pale ale, slightly dry in my palate but all the brews I've had today seem that way so maybe it's me! Good tropical fruit nose, decent but lesser stated, more hoppy taste.
