Can from La Cave Du Poney Qui Tousse, Paris @ Rented flat. Pours black with a small brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, vanilla, bourbon. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, roast malt, coffee, chocolate, vanilla, bourbon, a touch of alcohol. 28/VI/25 - 33cl can, shared by Sebletitje @ his place, BB: XII/2026, canned: 11/XII/24 (2025-603) Thanks to Sebletitje for sharing the can!
Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very very peated, some caramel, pretty oxidized, soy sauce, more peat, smells like an apothecary. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very peated, good roast, bitter, more peat, a bit sweet, dark chocolate notes, more roast, campfire. Aftertaste: coffee, caramel, dark chocolate, smoky, campfire, sugary, pretty bitter.

33cl can partagée avec Tdroeck à Ixelles. BB 12/2026, canned 11/12/2024.
