[Bottle from cidery’s own stand at the Thame Food Festival] Golden-brown in hue - oddly dark for a cider, it looks a bit like economy apple juice. It’s beautifully smooth for a cider, feels great in the mouth. Unfortunately it’s also rather bland - there’s a hint of apple and vanilla and that’s about it. Shame.
