Gravity dispense at Merton Winter BF ’13. Lightly hazed pale golden with a thinnish bubbly white head. Nose carries pale malt tones, light citrus, vague hop aroma. Taste comprises lemon, lgiht sugars, citrus, mineral tones. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light bitterness in the finish. Ok - not something I’d rush back to though!

Cask, gravity, Merton Winter Beer Festival Feb 2013 w/e of Friday 15th, Saturday 16th February 2013 Golden in appearance with a nice white bubbly head, a touch of chill haze initially when I first tried this. I found this a bit watery, weak and very undemanding in the flavour department, the hops struggled to shine and the beer just seemed to sit in that trying to appeal to everyone type slot that meant that it seemed like they hadn’t really tried hard enough. Lacked a crispness and came across as a weak lightly tropical glass of alcoholic squash. A6 A4 T5 P3 Ov11 2.9
