Aromas of grapefruit and pine merge with the spicy and earthy character of the rye malt in this golden blonde IPA. Intense flavors of grapefruit persist, finishing with floral notes and hints of pine.

Yes, quite rare at this time for a victory. Nice lacing, aroma borders on bo after sex. Very clear. Big and strong ipa first impressions. About the rye? Where is it? Surprisingly good co2 for a hopped beer.

Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a dark golden color with a medium sized soapy off white head that faded quickly but left decent lacing. The aroma was cactus, pine, fairly sweet and had a hint of black pepper. The flavor was sweet pine, cactus, a bit of tropical fruits with a bitter bitey middle followed by black pepper and alcohol. Medium length finish with sweet pine and cactus lingering. Moderately full bodied. Solid.
