330 ml bottle. Pours black with floaters but full fluffy head. Aromas of coffee and roasted malts with a sour urine finish. Flavors of dusty dry chocolate, coffee, and light brett with a sour twist. I don’t get bretty/sour dark beers - seems to be at cross purposes.

0.33l bottle. Looks nice this. It has a really deep deep dark brown, as good as black body and a big fluffy dark brown head with great retention and it's leaving good lacing down the sides of the glass. On the aroma I get a good amount of sweet licorice. Also lots of dark malts and some cold coffee, but it has a sweet almost candy sweet licorice thing that dominates. Not horrible at all. In the taste however it's more salty on the licorice. Soft burned malts with a little dark cardboard and molasses. It has a nice oily mouthfeel and a just above average on the bubbles. A little bitter cocoa in the lasting lingering finish. I'm enjoying this more and more. A really interesting one! 19.10.2013

330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Vika, Oslo. Dense, bubbly fawn-coloured head. Opaque near-black body. Dark malty aroma, of coffee and chocolate, added by a delicate tartness. Well balanced taste profile of chocolate malts and fruity tartness. Tart and sweet ending. Fine bodied. Different and appreciated (best of the evening, shared with Finn, Tromsø 05.03.2014).

Flaske 0,33 l. Litt tørr i avslutninga. Et anderledes - og godt øl. Spansk høydare på en ratekveld. Utrolig.

Bottle. An unclear, brown beer with a dense, finger-thick light beige head. The aroma is lightly roasted, with chocolate and some coffee hints. Toffee and nuts in the back. The flavor has roasted malts, coffee and some chocolate, nuts and bitterness. Piney hints as well. Full body with a little warmth, quite pleasant. Nice carbonation level too. A pretty pleasant one, the brett impact doing a really nice job after a while. 140117
