Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy tan head. Dusty aroma with touches of fruit and hints of malt. Bitter, dusty and hoppy flavour with estery notes and touches of citrus and hops and notes of phenol. Bitter and acidic aftertaste with roasty touches. Nice.

Aroma: Fruity sweet with dried fruits brown sugar and alcohol. Flavour: Caramel and dried fruits with brown sugar and a rommy finish. Colour: Very dark brown with an offwhite head. From: Bottle @ Boxbeers.com Nov. 2017.

Bottle from the back room shelves at Beershoppen, Kolding... Nearly black, unstable beige froth. Slightly vinous aroma, roasted malt, caramel, licorice, raisins. Sweet flavour, malty, caramely, dried fruit, sweet licorice and light alc warmth. Mouthfeel is fluffy with tartness and bitterness in the finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours pitch black with a neat, light brown head. Odd paint thinner aroma. Medium body, very dry roastiness, has a distinct underlying tartness and atop of that some very chemical notes, it may be the rum but it comes out completely horrible. Another 6 months and this will be destroyed by lactic acid. 210116

Bottle 500ml. [ As Ølværket Zomta Claws ].ABV: 6.3%. Clear dark black brown color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, licorice, spicy, anis, light hoppy. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, licorice, anis, orange, roasted, coffee. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140121]

Bottled, thanks fonefan! Near black, gushing head. Spicy nose with aniseed, licorice and chocolate. Mid dry with medium body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Viola and tar. Mid bitter finish.
