Brewing side pull draught, 1/17 and 1/19/25. Clear mahogany. Medium-sized, dark beige head, good retention. Rich bread and caramel. Clean with mild mineral and limited toast. Rich liquid bread without any annoying toasted dryness yet still balanced and dry in the finish. Mild bitterness, but of dried herbs and pepper. Very clean.
