Horchata is our newest canned Imperial Stout, a retake on our Parfait #2. Inspired by the Vanilla and Cinnamon drink, we took our stainless Vibes Imperial Stout and finished it on Madagascar and Ugandan Vanilla Beans and Fresh Ground Cinnamon.

Draught at LC member party, 1/17/25.
Clear, dark. Little/no head.
Almond milk and chocolate with less fudge than expected. Light vanilla and no alcohol noted.
In the mouth it's soft, silky, shockingly on the dry side. Vanilla and almond milk notes with light chocolate and a strong dryness in the finish with a bit of peppery acidity.
