Pours hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, lager yeast and apples. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with a long apple, yeasty and slightly dry finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

On tap at Henriks. It’s a lightly hazy one, orange-golden in color and with a dense finger-thick off-white head. The aroma has a decent lager touch, with apple fruityness and a faint malt note. Semi-dry on the palate, soft carbonation, semi-dry. Apple juice and some pils in the flavor. Fruity finish. I like the dryness, else it’s very uninteresting. 140615

(Draught at Mikkeller Bar Stockholm, 29 March 2014) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with grain, green apples and sour fruits. Malty, fruity taste with notes of grain, grass, green apples and a gentle bitterness in a finish with a light sourness. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Interesting beer with a fresh apple character, but probably not the best idea from Mikkeller. Quite enjoyable.

(Keg at Hilpeä Hauki, 20140417) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had stale apple juice and yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sourness, stale apple juice and bitterness. Aftertaste was sour and bitter. Horrible combination of ingredients.

Draught@Black Door, Helsinki. Golden colour small white head. Aroma is apples, some unfermented grain sweetness along with a bit metallic notes as well s strong yeast. Flavour is apples, some yeast, metallic notes as well as rotten vegetables. This is one of the worst Mikkeller beers I have ever had.

On tap at Mikkeller Bar Stockholm. Clear golden/yellow with a small white head. Aroma and taste of apples, some hops, bread and grass. Not that sour. The mouthfeel was soft. Easy to drink, nothing special.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar. The apple and the hos just dosent go together. Still drinkable due to the sweet and sour notes from the fruits.

[ As Mikkeller Æbleøl ].Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light apple, apple skin, grain and grass notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, dry, pale malt, apple core bitter, grass notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140201]

On tap at the Kings Arms Bethnal Green. Slightly sour flavour. Some apple flavour some lemon. Decent drinkable refreshing. Light enjoyable
