Malty, roasted taste with notes of dark bread, toast, grain, prunes, nuts and roasted chestnuts. Low grassy bitterness. Light body, dry. Rich, well made and harmonious mild. Very nice.

Assez fortes notes de grillé rappelant la rôtie oubliée dans le grille-pain. Torréfaction bien présente, notes de chocolat, de noisettes grillées, de mélasse et de léger caramel. De couleur ambré foncé, cuivré, parfaitement limpide, développant une toute petite mousse qui tient à peine. En bouche, c’est bien torréfié malgré sa couleur plus pale qu’un Porter ou une Schwarzbier. Légèrement fruitée avec notes de cerises, de chocolat, de rôties bien grillées et de torréfaction assez intense. L’amertume est bien douce malgré la présence de notes torréfiées. Bien appréciée.
