On Tap at Bitter Creek Crystal clear deep golden. Classic pilsner pale malt flavors. Perhaps under hopped. A little sweet. But tasty.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where there’s a crystal clear pure gold body that supports a bright white head of foam. The faint aroma offers up estery fruity sweetness mixed with a sense of floral hops and not much else. The taste starts with fruity esters that have a light skinned sort of fruitiness and then quickly moving into tasty Noble hops that are spicy and floral and have a pleasing level of bitterness. That hops attain a balance with the estery fruity sweetness and the sweet malts. Nice brew.
