Ash & Elm is a pale golden beer with a smooth body. The malt gives flavours of digestive biscuit behind resinous pine and citrus from the hops, with a subtle hint of spice in the background from rye.

My kind of beer. Good malty body, packed full of piney, citrus hops, with a great bitterness in the finish.

Can bought at Elusive. Aroma has stone fruit and citrus. Sour. Bitter. Over a big malty base. Spice. Hazy dark orange. Thick fluffy frothy foamy white head. Flavourwise this is bitter. Resin. Spice. Bitter tart citrus. Peripheral juicy sweetness. Underlying hints of malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Punchy APA.

Keg @ Fox And Goose, Hebden Bridge. Amber-gold with a creamy-frothy head. Feels heavier in the palate than its strength might suggest therefore its decent tropical and stewed mix of fruits are deep tasting. Light bitter finish.
