Cask-conditioned at the Pelican, Gloucester, 22/3/2024. Very dark brown in colour, with a slight, beige, head. Sweetish, chocolate and hot cross bun notes, a touch of chocolate, creamy malts and a gentle finish. Good.

Cask at LHG Brewpub, Bristol. Pours deepest brown. Aroma: chocolate malts, caramel, light toffee. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, mild roast, oatmeal, coffee hints. Thin-ish body with soft carbonation.
