bottle at cropredy 2025 Friday (2023 edition) mango orange ...thinest white lacing ...massive sweet honey nose ...fubk and sharp acetic front ..big honey finish with a little acid edge ... its definitely honey but no real sweetness

(Draught at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden, London, 8 May 2024) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of elderflower, honey, heather, peaches and white bread. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, passionfruit, lemon, honey and heather. No bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tart, tasty and refreshing. Very nice.

Keg at 8th ISBF held at Hemsley House in Salford 18/11/2023. Pours unclear gold with a beige cap. Tangy & tart with some honey sweetness, some floral notes
