Brewed in collaboration with Café Beermoth and Yellowhammer Bakery in Stockport - this Kvass-inspired kettle sour has been brewed with spent sourdough loaves and fermented with a Belgian ale yeast prior to the addition of British Raspberries & Blackberries.

Keg @ Smithfield Market Tavern, Manchester. Cloudy raspberry--red colour as it has light raspberry in taste, although not particularly sour for this given style.

Bottle from Beermoth shop, Manchester. Pours berry pink to purple with a beige pink head. Fruity berries dominate, light tartness. Not much bready character. Light to medium body with light carbonation.
