Our first ever imperial IPA, this beer is loaded with flavour of summer. Ripe peach plats perfectly with the white Wine notes that come from a massive dry hop addition of Hallertau Blanc.

Bottle, Blackfish Liquor. Hazy, light tan. Thin head. I get some woody hops, the h. blanc, actually not much innthe way of peaches. On the palate, lots of alcohol, that's what I get first. Soft peach, and that seems to moderate the harshness of stalish c-hops ans brutal, bludgeoning alcohol. The malts are mellow in support, and the peach not overly strong. The blanc is not as obvious on the palate.
