Cask (handpump) @ NWAF 2013, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England.Clear dark black brown color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark roasted. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, ash, dark roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130123]

Cask at NWAF, 2013. Dark brown pour with a beige head. Smoke and chocolate aroma. Vanilla, licorice and chocolate flavour. Classic porter feel. Nice.

Cask. Black ale with no head and a dry texture. Has a mild roasted aroma to it.
