A blend of imperial stout and barrel-aged imperial stout (the Generational recipe aged for 2 years in Blanton's barrels), then finished on what is described as a Neapolitan ice cream-inspired amount of strawberries, vanilla beans, and cocoa nibs.

Draught at the Cellar, 1/17/25.
Dark, possibly clear. Little/no head.
Fruity nose with ice cream and dark chocolate, with malt coming on strong in the finish. Low but not non existent barrel character.
Sweet, soft, fudgey and fruity with the non-BA malt character quite prominent (or maybe I just notice it more). Still a good attempt at balance/dryness with barrel heat and intensity in the finish. Not overdone in adjunct and not boozey.

Can. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is strawberry, cocoa, roast, bourbon, licorice, wood. Slick body, strawberry bubblegum, cocoa, bourbon, wood, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.
