Getrunken unter dem Namen "Coalhaze" bei einem Familienausflug nach Bratislava 🇸🇰.
Es ist ein wirklich angenehm ausgewogenes Trinkbier, das auf der einen Seite wirklich feine grasig-fruchtige 🍋🟩🥑🍓 NEIPA-Aromen hat und auf der anderen Seite relativ leicht trinkbar zum Essen 🥩🍖passt.
Andere mögen aromatischer sein, aber in Punkto Harmonie 🧘♂️ist es Top.

Tap at Alžbetka, as St. Catarina. Hazy amber body, off-white head. Bit malty, orange-hoppy driven aroma. Sweetish orange and nalty notes, vague herbal notes, socks slightly. Drinkable though, smooth so yay.

750ml bottle. Opalescent, amber colour with average to huge, firm, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Slightly grainy and minimally toasty, malty aroma, citrusy, minimally leafy and grassy hoppy counterpart, hints of lemon, lemon tea, doughy yeasty overtones. Taste is dry, grassy and slightly leafy, minimally citrusy hoppy, slightly grainy and minimally toasty, malty basis, hints of lemon tea, grey bread, a touch of thistle. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Not overly aromatic, more homebrew-ish APA than anything Hazy or NE style - not convincing.
