A brand new Imperial Hazy IPA that builds upon several of our "enhancements" we've made over the course of 2023. With each batch of IPA we brew, there are small tweaks + tricks we learn to continue pushing the envelope. This is our first offering that summarizes all the changes into a brand new offering that focuses on a JUICY hop bomb that still has that sweet + fluffy body you love. Can you say "down the hatch"?

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 16/09/2025.
Murky marmalade orange topped with a lasting off white head.
Nose is bitter orange, grapefruit, pine nibble, grass.
Taste comprises orange pith, grass, mango, guava, pine needle, grapefruit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with earthy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Okay DIPA if a little formulaic and lacking the advertised NS.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this yellowish gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, smooth and bringing a fair amount of creamy sweetness. Soft cooling pine into a fairly tangy bitterness. Tangy citrus, fairly juicy. A little Galaxy broad spectrum fruitiness. Light and semi dry finish leaves a mild hop spice linger and a mild bitterness. Nothing untoward here and maybe I am just getting old and cynical but, by Jimmie, am I so bored with this brewery. All gothic art cans and seldom any beer substance. Yawn!

473ml can. Hazy, orange, dark golden colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, white head. Juicy, tropical fruity, slightly citrusy and minimally leafy, hoppy aroma, oaty malty background, notes of passion fruit, guava, mango, orange, mandarine, late some resin underneath. Taste is juicy, tropical fruity and citrusy fruity hoppy, sweet-ish, oaty and slightly wheaty malty basis, notes of passion fruit, guava, lemon, some orange, pineapple, mango, a zesty touch of lemon peel; a minimally alcoholic touch in the finish. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, rather dry, minimally papery palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Fruit bomb as expected, could be a bit more creamy and homogeneous - good.
