Our latest iteration on a Double IPA features three of our favourite hops brought together for one reason, to make a lanky brute of a beer. We've gone with a stripped back malt bill of pilsner and oats to make the beer super pale and soft. Dry hopped three times to bring complexity and depth to the bright aroma, this DIPA is our best smelling beer so far. Columbus, Summit and Mosaic compliment each other to bring a medley of peach, mango and no shortage of all the orange-coloured citrus fruits, which paired with the chewy body make this beer appear to me more like vitamin C heavy OJ than a hop-forward monster.
Unfined, unfiltered, unpasteurised natural beer. Suitable for vegans.

Can at home, thanks to JC, 21/04/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is bitter orange, over ripe citric peel, light dungy notes, grapefruit, pine. Taste comprises earthy hops, light spice, chalky minerals, bitter orange, grapefruit, pine. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with semi aggressive hop bitterness. Passable DIPA ... a touch harsh in places.

Sweet floralness. Light spicy citrus. Citric finish, spicy linger. Quite sweet and ripe but still reasonably drinkable.
