Sample@Ølfestival København 2018 - dark brown pour with a beige head. Medium sweet to light roasted malty caramel, light cocoa, hoppy backing, medium to light body, toasty bitter finish.

Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2013 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark.Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, plastic, earthy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, dark malt, sweet malt, malt bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130525]

Bottle.Dark copper colour with medium light beige head.Aroma is rosted and malty with flavor of nuts,burnt caramel and Brown sugar,nice fruity of dark dried fruits and malt.

Draft. A red beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of caramel and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel and malt, leading to a dry and bitter finish. A tad boring.

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Deep ambery copper colour with a small off-white longlasting head that leaves some lace. Aroma is liquorice, mild tequilalike sweetness as well as some mild toffee. Flavour is fruity, floral, wooden, ripe fruits, mild liquorice as well as some toffee.

DØE. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is malt, chocolate and caramel. Flavour is malt, chocolate, caramel, medium sweet, little roasted malts, hop and a little bitter.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown with a small off white head. Aroma is roasted malty and light metallic. Roasted malty and light breadish. Bitter, roasted and medium dry. Toasted malty finish.
