@ Memphis Taproom. Hazy and quite pale. Bubbly head. Peaches, dried flowers, melon, pedio. Light body, dry, touch fruity, touch yeasty, quite a bit of bitterness but subtle sweetness, too. Low carbo is a bit odd,
