This is made with rice, sake yeast and sorachi ace. Very pale with a thick head. Aroma is heavily yeasty, with just a slight floral character. Soft body, but it kicks off a lot of phenols, harsh paint thinner stuff. There is no real hop component and the yeast has got away from them. Sake yeast might not be the best way to make an IPA.
