Had the spring 2015 variant in December 2015 at The Local, St. Kilda. Cloudy pale tan, massive herbal aroma and taste - and it’s got a light tartness, dried flowers, with a blast of orange peel and maybe juniper berries, sage... a herbal shotgun.
