750ml wired cork bottle from Barny's bottleshop, Sydney, as Limited Release Quince & Apple. Opened with a pop. Deep red-amber colour, pink foamy head that dissipates away and aroma of quince, ripe apple. Taste is sweet & tart, quince, rich fruity, apple, fleshy, berry hints, with some syrupy, jammy notes and drying citric acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, lingering sweet and dry tart finish. Nicely drinkable.

Had this at the cidery. Has a slight reddish hue. The quince is forward...not quite like membrillo but similar, and distinct again from the apple and pear variants. Well balanced and moderately complex.

Pours strawberry pink.Nose shows quince, strawberry notes, granny smith apples and white wine.Sweet and sour flavours, there’s still a white wine note alongside quince, strawberry and pear before drying out a little.
