Cask at CPK during the pubโs 5th birthday celebration - London. Pours clear amber with a creamy cap. The nose is lightly leafy with some dried berries, bread and grains as well. Light to medium sweet flavor with nice wholegrain bread, some piney hops, dry fruits. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Well balanced to finish with further dried berries, dry toffee, more grainy bread. Solid.

Cask at cask pub and kitchen 5th birthday. Aroma is nutty, dried fruits, some treacle. Clear dark red copper colour with a fleeting loose white head. Flavour is nutty, toasted malts, dried fruits and berry. Medium bodied . solid beer.
Cask at the brewery. Reddy copper / orange coloured pour with a lasting off white head. Aroma is burnt sugar, tangy malt, toast. Flavour is tangy nutty malt, berry and hedgerow hop. So so. Palate is semi sweet, moderate cask condition . OK.

Cask at the Cask in Pimmyleeco, 30/05/14. Very lightly hazed reddish amber with a well appointed beige covering. Nose is caramel, light floral aromas, biscuit malt. Taste comprises light vanilla, caramel fudge, candied orange peel, cheesecake crumble, bubblegum. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, subtle bitterness in the close. Decent well rounded amber.

Cask (handpump) @ NWAF 2013, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England.Clear medium to dark orange - amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, malty, toffee notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130124]
