Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, phenols, straw, and hops, leading to a bitter finish. Well first brew on new brew house.

Bottle. Lots of microfloaties in this unclear, dark orange-brown beer. A dense, off-white head sits on top. The aroma is quite citrusy, with some pale malts in the back. Pine cones and peaches. The flavor has a pleasant sweetness, with pine cones, peach hints and quite a lot of bitterness. Medium to full body, dry and pleasantly carbonated with a bitter, fruity finish. An easy drinkable quite pleasant beer, but nothing extraordinary going on. 131123
