Verre, 5 onces, en fût, bue sur place, le 27 avril 2009; oeil : dorée, claire, très légère effervescence, petit anneau de mousse fauve; nez : épices (coriandre), rafraîchissant, léger médicinal, léger fruité (orange), froment, léger levure; bouche : épices (coriandre), léger médicinal, léger fruité (orange), froment, finale médicinale avec une bonne présence de coriandre, corps moyen, coulante, rafraîchissante, carbonatation moyenne, légèrement amère ENGLISH Glass, 5-ounce, draught, on the premise on April 27 2009; eye: golden, clear, slight effervescence, tiny ring of tan head; nose: spices (coriander), refreshing, light medicinal, light fruity (orange), wheat, light yeast; mouth: spices (coriander), light medicinal, light fruity (orange), wheat, medicinal finale with a good presence of coriander, medium body, slick, refreshing, average carbonation, lightly bitter

Pale, beige. Dusty, yeasty, slightly coriandery aroma. Slight sweet maltiness, light spice, light dust. Off-dry finish. Preview sample (but fully conditioned)...my book is out on this one though. Lacks the wildness and wonkiness of a saison but not altogether a bad drink.
