Cask, The Whip
Very purple. Winey, woody, voluptuous berry nose. Cuts loose with some sweet raspberry, light balsamic. Woody, vinegary finish but still reasonably sweet as well. Not bad, maybe seems a bit unfinished, but has an interesting fruit-vinegar dynamic that I’d love to see tested on the masses.
