Cloudy dull beige...was a sparkling golden til I dumped the yeast in. The aroma is yeasty, a little bit alcoholic, with some phenols, light lemon, sherry and stale grapes. A bit slick on the mouthfeel as the carbonation has started to dissipate. Malt-accented, with vague yeast, grape notes and some late pear. Held up reasonably well but I suspect it hasn’t improved.
