This dunkle poured a deep amber colour with a cream, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, malt, dough and a little basement. First swig was interesting. Slightly sweet on the palate with flavours of caramel, minimal hops, must and light spice. Finish is malty with that musty spice lingering.
