This sour poured a hazy, pinkish red colour with a minimal white, soapy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, cherry, gelatin, light vinegar and oak. First swig wasn’t the best. Flavours of tart fruit juice, spice and a little pickled egg juice. Finish is jam like.
