Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
This ale poured a deep amber colour with a creamy, light tan head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, malt and a little molasses. First swig was really nice and malty. Slightly thin on the mouthfeel with flavours of caramel, toast and a little maple. Finish is pure malt.
