(Bottle) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of citrus, apricots, pineapple, bread, honey and floral hops. Malty, fruity taste with citrus peel, apricots, tropical fruit, honey, bread and a certain floral bitterness in a finish with a slightly resiny touch. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced Belgian style blond ale. Nice one.

Backlog. Pours semi-hazy golden/orange with a huge white fluffy foam that dissipates quickly, leaving lots of lacings. Aroma is balanced pale malt and grassy hops, some herbs and spices. Taste is nicely balanced with sweet malt meeting citrus, grassy hops, orange peel and a slight yeasty tone. Medium body, medium carbo, quite sharp bubbles. Nice balance between complexity and drinkability.

Bottle, thanks Eddan. Almost clear golden with a small white head. Nice aroma of fruit, orange, yeast, malt and some pepper. The taste was similar. This beer felt fresh and with an interesting combination of hops and yeast. A solid one.

330 ml bottle bought @ Systembolaget. Pours slightly clear golden with a rather small bubbly offwhite head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace on the glass. Smell is phenolic with crackers, biscuits, plums, pears, grapefruit rinds, grass. sheet metal and hints of soap. Taste is bitter and phenolic with crackers, sheet metal, grapefruit rinds, grass, lemon zest, orange zest, pears, apples, plums, biscuits and hints of alcohol. Mouthfeel is slightly astringent, slightly dry, tiny boozy and medium bodied. Finish is bitter and astringent with crackers, grapefruit rinds, pears, sheet metal, hay, dry soil and plums. I thought I would like this but it didn’t live up to my expectations at all...
