Bottle, thanks SirLimpsalot. A bit hazy reddish/copper with a medium head. Aroma and taste of fruit, malt, toffee, berries, sugar and some warming alcohol. The mouthfeel was suprisingly light. I wonder how this will age?

Bottle. An unclear, dark amber beer topped by a finger-thick light beige head. Quite vinous aroma, slightly alcoholic, with caramel and sugary sweetness. Sweet, warming and pleasantly carbonated, with flavors of malty sweetness, caramel, pine cones, citrus peel and a pleasant bitterness bringing some balance into the accounts. Sweet and bitter finish. Certainly a nice one, but a tad too sweet, and a tad too alcoholic on the nose. Needs some food I guess. Rating: 6-4-7-4-14-3.5. 130527
Bottle, at Apotekergaarden. It’s an unclear, brown beer topped by a small, beige head. The aroma is mostly malty, with hints of molasses. Dried fruits, toffee, alcohol, some citrus and pine cones. Full body, with low and soft carbonation. Lots of flavor, meat, toffee, molasses notes, some prunes and a touch of bitterness and alcohol. Lasting finish. Ingrid, I’ve said in not too fond of this one, but it seems the extra month of storing did good, still a bit alcoholic though. Looking forward to try it in a few months. 130622
