This sour poured a clear medium yellow with minimal head. No lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, strawberries and bananas, champagne and honey. First swig was smooth at first and then a punch. Flavours soda water, ripe fruit and a hint of vinegar. Finish is lingering ripe fruit.
