Can from the lcbo. Dark coppe pour, with a large beige head. Dark berry nose, minerals and Belgian yeast. Mouth feel is creamy, with a soft carb. Low bitterness, soft funk on the mouth, bitterness hangs on and ramps up to medium. Belgian yeastiness, fruity esters.... Finish is boring, soft yeastiness, all fruit is basically cal gone.

Very slight hazed copper-amber colour with a golden highlight. The head is warm, off-white, frothy, decent lasting and leaving thick foamy lacing. Fruity aromas with apples and grapes. The base seems like a caramel malt one. The taste shows watery apple juice with some hints of rustiness. Grape juice does linger in the end. Interesting, but seems like a watered down version what should be stronger.

This saison poured a deep amber colour with a creamy, light tan head. Nice lacing. Scents include raisins, malt and maybe a little wine? First swig was a little thin. Definitely wine/Welches grape juice, minimal ripe fruit and light hop. Finish is a wine bitter flavour.
