This was poured into a 10 oz pint glass.
The appearance was a nice looking dark brown close to black color with a bar pour’s kind of slim white to off white foamy head that dissipated evenly to allow a decent lacing roaming about.
The smell had a thick rich roasted cocoa bean to slight coffee rich indulgent glossed over cakey-ness.
The taste was pretty much exactly the same and covered a big cakey rich chocolate into the aftertaste. Semi-dry finish came across nicely.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body with a rich chocolatey roastiness rolling over my tongue, indulgent - definitely. Semi-sipper to somewhat of a drinker allowed me to be quite pleased.
Overall, foreign/export stout or American stout, maybe a cross between the two. If anything, I liked it and would have it again.

Draft. Black body with a brown head, mostly lasting. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, roasted malts with a hint of smoke. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation. Bitter coffee with sugar tastes with notes of dark chocolate. Dry finish. Best of the beers I tried at this brew pub.

Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Pours cloudy nearly black with small tan head. Dark aroma of coffee, malt, and chocolate. Bitter flavour of roasted coffee beans, with sweetish, malty and caramellish flavour, ending abruptly on a sourish, roasted note. OK.

A dark brown beer topped by a small, dense, dark beige head. It’s a quite roasted, almost bonfire-like, with figs and prunes in the back. Coffee hints, brown sugar, figs and prunes in the mostly roasted flavor. Charcoal and some bitterness too, but it’s more on the sweet side than the dry side. Full to medium body, with a soft carbonation. Long roasted finish with charcoal. Pretty pleasant this one, not at first, but after a few sips it turns out very nice. 131122
