Pouring a beautiful orange hue, Foliage Autumn Ale is malty and warming with just a hint of fall spices. Far from cloying, Foliage is sessionable and a perfect pairing for many fall dishes.

This ale poured a great looking, hazy red colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, must, cinnamon, and apple sauce. First swig was nice and creamy with flavours of cinnamon, floral hops and porridge. Finish has a medium hop bitterness with flavours of applesauce and floral hops lingering.

Can that pours a clean amber colour with a big creamy-frothy warm light beige head, very good stray and some creamy-foamy lacing. Aromas of nuttiness, cereal malts, caramel and mild hops. This hops really steps up in the taste with big bitterness. A nice dry finish after getting some caramel malt notes. Not a bad Autumn Ale.
