33 cl. bottle @ home, gift from Marijn. Clear amber with a white head. Hoppy malty caramel aroma. Sweet taste with some hopbitterness. Too sweet and malty for an IPA and not hoppy enough but besides not really fitting into the style it's still an enjoyable beer.

Bottle from the brewery. Great fresh floral nose of fresh hops. The beer starts great fresh floral. Lots of pine with a nice malty body. Very round and refreshing, the malty hops are intense fresh, the malty body is great fruity. Long malty floral aftertaste, very fresh and dry. Nice stuff!

0.33 l swingtop bottle from ’Braukunstladen’ at 7.0% abv, best before December 2016. Clear, dark reddish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, moderately fruity aroma of caramel, honey, strawberry jam and forest fruits. Sweetish-malty, moderately fruity taste of caramel, honey, strawberry jam, some apricot and hints of orange, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, slightly resiny and minimally dry finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not bad actually, not too intense or exciting, but quite round and with a satisfying mouthfeel. Just not really an IPA, more an Amber Ale maybe.

(swing top bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Bready (cara-)malty aroma with mildly fruity and slightly sweaty hops, including hints of citrus, grapefruit and grassy spice. Mildly bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Shy cara-malt character upfront with bready accents, citric and mildly spicy hops in the background; mildly bitter hoppy finish with mainly fruity accents and little spice. Rather mediocre. 07.V.16

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts intense dry-hoppy, bitter notes, fruity like lemon and grapefruit. Finish less hoppy, less bitter. So quite drinkable. Not bad!

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Citrus, Blumen. Geschmack sehr malzig, fruchtig herb, leicht nach Kräutern.
