Can from the LCBO. Clear yellow pour, with a large white head. Crisp, clean, grassy, great cereals, soft, slight sweetness. Really nice example of the style.

Clean, golden with a light-amber. Frothy-bubbly off-white head, average retention and light lacing. Spicy hop aromas which are nice for the style, almost like rye is involved here with the grasses. The finish has a little dryness. Bitterness does build a bit at that point, lingering. Cereal grain flavours with the hops over it. Seems like the hoppiness is fighting the alcohol warmth, but not sure. Decent Festbier.

This one poured a clear, medium yellow colour with an off white, creamy head. Nice lacing. Scents include honey, perm solution, malt and a little cider. First swig was smooth and creamy with light hop bitterness. Flavours of honey, hops and a little cooked veggies. Finish is slightly bitter on the tongue.
