Cock Tavern, Cask. Almost clear pale gold beer. Little white head. Palate is light and semi dry with mild fine carbonation. Thin malt, semi dry. Ripe orange with lesser peel and pith. Touch of lemon and a whisper of tropical fruits. Finishes dry with a medium bitter linger. A bottle is a little more complex - having all the same but adding mild yellow grapefruit and a little earthiness. The tropical a tad stronger and a touch of floralness.

Cask at the Cock Tavern - London. Pours clear gold with a slight, foamy white head. Bit of ripening orange and tangerine in the aroma, some dry hay, pale malts. Light sweet flavor with good and bitter and somewhat juicy citrus, orange and tangerine and grapefruit, some faint berries. Light bodied with fine carbonation. A good dose of dank resins to finish, subtle pine, ripe orange and grapefruit, some hay. Really solid overall.
