Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 5.5
This ESB poured a slightly hazy, amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, caramel and toast. First swig was delicious with flavours of caramel malts and lightly bitter hops. Finish is caramel with that hoppy bitterness lingering.
