12 oz bottle bought in Bar Harbor, Maine. Cloudy amber pour with a beige head and good retention. No lacing. Light caramel nose. Taste follows the nose. Smooth. Medium body. Decent, but nothing special. Pedestrian.

This red ale poured a deep amber colour with a very light brown head. Not much lacing. Scents include sweet malts, light hops and a little caramel. First swig was smooth but quite watery. Flavours of malts and toast most prominent. Finish is lightly hoppy with a minimal bitterness lingering. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Drop Off Service, NY tap: Pours dark amber with an off-white head. Aroma is light piny hops and bunch of malts. Taste is lightly bitter. Mostly just malty and bland. There are many better beers out there in the world. Not offensive, but this is patently unexciting.
