Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a burnt orange to copper color with a slight transparency about it. Sly carbonation was seen rising to fill a finger’s worth of messy white foamy head. Touch of lace.
The aroma had some caramel/toffee malts up front, sweet grains, citrusy to piney hops stabilizing some bitterness.
The flavor brought all of the previously mentioned aromas together to blend sweet to semi-spicy with some bitterness. Malty to semi-spicy aftertaste. Light malty finish.
The feel was about medium bodied, perhaps just a touch under with a decent sessionability about it. Slight carbonation. Good ABV.
Overall, good sturdy APA that could be worthy of coming back to.

This OPA poured a nice, rich, amber colour with a minimal head. Scents include yeast, spice and cream. First swig was nice and rich with flavours of spice, hops and Doritos? A light cheese flavour that works. Finish is lightly bitter with a nice hop flavour.

12oz bottle from Wegman’s, Buffalo. Golden amber with a thick cream head; fruity aroma with perhaps a touch of oats; sweet caramel taste with a grainy body and a pleasant hit of hops; leaving a fruity finish with a hint of spice. Rather good.
