Nose is bown sugar, toffee, hint of treacle, fruit cake, walnut, hint of bread. Rich and inviting.
Taste is nice, but not as good as the nose. Taste is dough, brown sugar, toffee, dark caramel, red berries floral with a slight drying note and a surprising coffee and smoke flavour in the finish . A bit thin
I really liked this a lot, complex and drinkable..

Keg @ Kobenhavn, Halifax. Extremely dark with a head. It remains very mild tasting for its unusual strength, with a hint of sweetness in its dark malt nose.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet rich layered malts, sultana, raisin, cola cubes, fudge sweetness, mild char. Palate is semi sweet, rounded. Mellow cask condition. Nice stuff.
